- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa • MasterCard • JCB • PayPal)
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Exchanges: We happily exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our Discount Divas community, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
- Accessories marked as final sale (often found in our $15 & Under! or Limited Time sale sections)
- Swimwear & Intimate Apparel if the hygiene seal is removed or damaged
- Any item purchased during a clearance event or marked as “Final Sale” in the product description

🔄 Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
Email Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
Include: Order number, item details (name, size, color), reason for return/exchange, and your preferred replacement if exchanging.
Our friendly Baltimore-based team will respond within 1-2 business days (just like our order processing!) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
Securely pack the item(s) with all original tags and packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA slip.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item(s) (typically within 3-5 business days). We’ll email you to confirm the status.
For Refunds: Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately.
For Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item via your preferred method (Standard or Free Shipping). If the new item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference. If higher, we’ll invoice you for the balance.

- Processing Time: Once your return is approved, we initiate the refund within 24 hours.
- Bank/Card Refund Timing: The refund will appear on your original payment method within:

- PayPal: 3-5 business days.
Important: The refund amount will be for the item(s) only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
